Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for intangible products, PDF downloads, resource materials, services, and online content are conducted through secure payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe, utilizing SSL encryption. Please note that once a digital product or service is downloaded or accessed, it is considered “used,” and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable. Chateau Belle Beauty reserves the right to modify any information, including prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Copyright Policy

Chateau Belle Beauty maintains ownership of all files, assets, and digital downloads. Purchasing or downloading any files does not grant exclusive rights to the client or customer. For exclusive files, a private quote is available. While clients have the right to utilize the footage, both Chateau Belle Beauty and the client retain rights to any final edited projects.

Release Policy

By signing our release or purchasing services and products, you acknowledge that photographic or video recordings of you may be displayed physically or electronically, including but not limited to social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), websites (e.g., www.chateaubellebeauty.com, YouTube), and events (e.g., open houses, trade shows). This release applies to recordings collected during specified sessions listed in the document, with ownership shared between Chateau Belle Beauty and the client. Chateau Belle Beauty is not liable for any unforeseen incidents, and if applicable to someone under 18, both child and parent must sign the release.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions serve as a standard for most projects, with each project having its specific agreements. Chateau Belle Beauty’s terms and conditions include:

• The client is responsible for obtaining filming releases for people, property, and locations.
• The client must provide clear direction and vision for the project.
• Chateau Belle Beauty is granted permission to use footage for marketing and portfolio purposes, with ownership of the final video retained by both parties.
• Payments should be made payable to Chateau Belle Beauty.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due the day before shooting on site.
• The client must obtain permission from the site owner/operator for production site use and Chateau Belle Beauty’s setup of production equipment.
• Chateau Belle Beauty reserves the right to discontinue filming/photography in any situation that may endanger the safety of personnel or equipment.
• Additional expenses incurred by Chateau Belle Beauty, beyond standard production costs, will be added to the client’s balance and communicated beforehand.
• Liability is limited to refunding monies paid by the client, minus expenses and completed sessions, should Chateau Belle Beauty be unable to fulfill its duties due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any special requests overriding the terms and conditions must be specified before the filming date.
• The provided quote is valid for one year from the signing date.
• By agreeing to the terms, clients acknowledge and accept Chateau Belle Beauty’s creative decisions and terms listed in the contract.
